发电厂管道火用损失的在线分析

摘    要:本文利用火用分析方法建立了以易测参数表示的、可实现在线监测的发电厂管道各项火用损失的计算式。详细分析了影响管道损失的各种因素,指出能分析和火用分析的区别。并结合300MW机组的实际热力系统给出了计算实例。计算实例表明,再热蒸汽管道火用损失最大,这与能分析的结论是不同的。

Abstract:In order to monitor the power plant exergy efficiency on line and to reflect the operation conditions of the thermodynamic systems more precisely,this paper establishes the analysis model of exergy losses of piping in power plant on the basis of easy measurable parameters,analyzes the effects of operation conditions in details,and points out the difference between energy analysis and exergy analysis.A practical example shows its rationality and feasibility.
