锻造螺旋锥齿轮脱模过程的研究

摘    要:螺旋锥齿轮是复杂曲面的典型零件,近净成型技术是制造螺旋锥齿轮的发展方向.利用模拟分析软件(ADAMS)对凹模进行设计,并对脱模过程进行了动态仿真,在此基础上对锻件脱模可行性进行了研究和探索.

Abstract:Spiral bevel gears are typical parts with complicated surfaces. Net and Near-Net Shaping technology directs its development in manufacture of spiral bevel gears. Based on the simulation and analysis of software ADMAS, Cavity dies used in spiral bevel gears forging process were designed and liftout processes were simulated dynamically. Therefore, further investigation of feasibility in the forgings liftout was successfully realized and completed.
