“有情输入法”之信息交互原型设计与评价研究

摘    要:目的从移动互联网背景下的用户社交场景出发,将人机交互技术的发展与用户的情感化需求联系起来,探索一种新型的信息输入与输出的交互原型方案。方法首先通过用户访谈、问卷调查对用户在使用现有的聊天工具时所遇到的问题进行了定性分析与定量验证;其次基于ViP产品设计法则进行了界面设计和交互设计;最后采用访谈、问卷、眼动测试3种方式进行测试,进一步完善了设计方案,并利用信息交互设计的四维评价体系对设计方案进行了设计评价。结论随着科技的进一步发展和完善,更加多元、高效、有趣的信息交互方式将成为可能。

Abstract:The paper aims to explore a new information input and output prototype by connecting the human-computer interaction accompanied by the development of information technology with the emotional needs of users based on the social scene under the background of mobile Internet. Firstly, qualitative analysis and quantitative verification were conducted on problems encountered by users using existing chat tools through user interviews and questionnaires. Then the interface design and interaction design were carried out based on ViP product design principles. Finally, interview, questionnaire and eye movement tests were used to further improve the design prototype. Besides, the design prototypewas evaluated by a four-dimensional evaluation system based on information interaction design. With the further development and improvement of information technology, more diversified, efficient and interesting ways of information interaction will become possible.
