摘    要:目的对企业设计战略进行优选评价。方法以苏州某企业的设计战略优选为例,首先对影响设计战略评价的要素进行分析,然后利用1~9的比例标度法,将影响该企业评价目标重要性的要素两两进行比较,量化评价的权重,最后通过模糊层次分析法对各项影响因素进行定量计算,以最大隶属度为原则确定最优方案。结论通过模糊层次分析法,可以对影响企业设计战略优选的各项因素进行定量计算,并对设计战略进行全面、客观的评价。模糊综合评价在设计战略优选中提供了量化的决策依据。

Abstract:The work aims to evaluate the optimal design strategy of the enterprise. Taking the design strategy optimization of an enterprise in Suzhou as an example, the factors affecting the design strategy evaluation was analyzed, then 1~9 scale method was used to compare the key factors affecting the evaluation of enterprise design strategy, and finally the evaluation weight was quantized. In the end, the fuzzy hierarchy analytic method was adopted to conduct quantitative calculation on impact factors, and the principle of maximum membership degree was applied to determine the final optimal projection. Through the method of fuzzy hierarchy analytic method, the factors affecting the enterprise design strategic optimization can be calculated quantitatively, and the design strategy can be evaluated comprehensively and objectively. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation provides a quantitative basis to choose optimal design strategy.
