玻璃熔窑烟道结构的改进

摘    要:分析了一种钢制复合烟道系统,用于替代目前传统的砖烟道系统。并从工程实例出发,从技术角度和经济角度,将钢制复合烟道与传统砖烟道进行对比分析,从理论上证明了钢制复合烟道的优越性和可行性。采用钢制复合烟道,可以大大节约玻璃生产企业的投资和运行成本,提高了企业经济效益。

Abstract:In this paper,a steel composite flue system is discussed and analyzed to replace the traditional brick flue system.The advantages and feasibility of steel composite flue are illustrated by comparing and analyzing with traditional brick flue from the technical and economic point of view.The use of steel composite flue can greatly save the investment and operation cost of glass enterprises,and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.
