亚麻化学接枝动力学原理的研究

摘    要:论述了亚麻纤维化学接枝的动力学原理,并用实验证实了其化学接枝反应受到引发剂和接枝单体浓度、反应温度及时间的影响,实验结果与动力学理论相一致,为优选亚麻纤维的接枝工艺奠定了理论基础。

Abstract:The kinetics of chemically induced grafting of flax have been studied in detail in this paper. Extent of grafting depended upon time, concentration of the initiator and the monomer, as well as temperature of reaction. The results of the monomer and temperature dependence found in this study are consistent with the rate expression derived from a normal kinetic scheme for grafting. An increase in the monomer concentration causes an enhancement in the graft yield. The initial rate of grafting is a linear function of the monomer concentration. The graft yield increases with the increasing concentration of the initiator and the temperature. The initial rate of graft is a linear function of the square root of the initiator. An increase of the grafting temperature enhances the rate of graft.
