摘    要:针对新工艺TSP菌渣干化运行控制需求,在深入了解TSP菌渣干化工艺的基础上,该文设计了动态调节的控制策略和分段式PID控制算法。控制系统包括下位机和上位机,下位机以西门子可编程控制器1513-1PN为控制核心,完成逻辑运算,上位机采用力控7.2组态软件,提供人机交互。控制系统开发完成后在企业进行了试运行,结果表明,TSP菌渣干化专用控制系统能有效降低能耗,班组人员由原来6人降为2人,实现了生产线的全自动运行,为企业节约了成本。

Abstract:To suit the need on new processing control system of TSP bacteria-residue drying technology,we designed dynamic adjusting controlstrategy and separated PID control algorithm after doing research on existing bacteria-residue drying technology.The control system consists of a top part and a bottom part.The bottom uses Siemens's PLC 1513-1PN as the control centre;the top part uses force control 7.2 software.The communication between users and the machine was achieved.The control system has been tested in a company.The results showed that the new TSP bacteria-residue drying techno-logy effectively reduced the energy cost and the operator crew reduce from 6 people to 2 people.It made the production line fully automatic and reduced the cost.
