摘 要: | 针对伺服驱动器智能化、网络化的发展趋势,分析了PROFIBUS现场总线的特点、协议及其网络结构;采用高性能的运动控制芯片fRMCK201和DSP处理器TMS320F2812设计了交流伺服驱动器的控制系统;提出了使用PROFIBUS—DP技术设计交流伺服驱动器的现场总线接口的方法;并应用PROFIBUS—DP协议芯片VPC3+C完成了通信接口的硬件实现及软件设计。

Design of Fieldbus Interface for AC Servo Driver Based on PROFIBUS-DP |

Abstract: | To meet the development trend for intelligence and networking of serve driver,this paper analyzs the characters and protocol of the PROFIBUS fieldbus and it's network structure,the control system of AC servo driver is designed by adopting high performance motion control IC IRMCK201 and DSP processor TMS320F2812,an approach of designing the fieldbus interface for AC servo driver by using the PROFIBUS-DP technology is proposed,and the hardware implementation as well as the software design of the communication interface was completed by applying PROFIBUS-DP protocol chip VPC3+C. |
