基于虚拟原型的圆柱分度凸轮机构的动力学研究

摘    要:圆柱分度凸轮机构是在自动机械中应用广泛的分度机构。对圆柱分度凸轮机构的工作原理、运动和受力情况进行了分析,采用单边接触模型建立了凸轮表面与滚子之间的分离-接触关系,利用多体动力学软件建立了该机构的动力学模型,并对其运动、动力学情况进行了模拟仿真,分析了间隙对动力学性能的影响。

Abstract:Barral cam indexing mechanism is one of the highest performance indexers.It has the advantages of high speed,low vibration and noise.Kinematic and dynamics of this mechanism are analyzed and unilaterial contact model and Hertz theory are applied to describe the relationship between indexing cam and rollers.By using multibody software ADAMS,dynamic model of roller gear cam mechanism is developed and the motion simulations are obtained.
