蜂窝梁抗弯承载力的有限元分析

摘    要:目的为了进一步了解蜂窝梁的抗弯承载力极限状态、方法采用有限元分析软件ANSYS建模,对相同跨度、相同开孔率及开孔数目的圆孔和六角孔两种不同截面形式的蜂窝梁进行分析、比较,得出不同截面形式和不同开孔率对蜂窝梁抗弯极限承载力的影响、结果对于两种不同截面形式的蜂窝梁,在相同开孔率及开孔数目的情况下,圆孔梁的极限承载力要高于六角孔梁的极限承载力,结论利用有限元软件能够较好地模拟出开孔率及不同截面形式,对两种蜂窝梁抗弯极限承载力的影响.两种不同截面形式蜂窝梁,在开孔率相同时。随着荷载逐渐增加,梁由弹性进入弹塑性进而达到塑性阶段,同时塑性向空腹截面及孔周边发展、腹板出现一定鼓曲现象。梁即达极限状态、同时梁中部出现较大侧弯扭变形,出现整体失稳,在孔角处存在应力集中、在开孔率不同时,随着开孔率的逐渐增大,圆孔梁的极限承载力明显高于六角孔梁的极限承载力。

Abstract:In order to further get to know maximum moment capacity of castellated beams,this paper will use finite element analysis program-ANSY here to analyze the circular and polygon holes' castellated beams with the same span and the same number of openings,and then to obtain different opening section and different ratio's influence on the castellated steel beam's moment capacity.As to the two different kinds of sections,the strength of circular castellated beams will be huger than that of polygon castellated beams with the same condition.The result shows that the influence of the opening ratio's and section on the castellated beams can be simulated by use of the finite element analysis program.At the same opening ratio's,beams will reach the elastic phase ,then the elastic-plastic at the last phase of plasticity.At the same time,plasticity will develop the opening section and circumference.The web shows the bulking phenomenon.It expresses that the beam reaches the ultimate failure,and then causes the lateral tort at the middle of beam and loses the overall stability.There are stress concentrations on the corner of the opening.The finite element maximum moment capacity of circular castellated beams are higher than that of the polygon castellated beams with the increasing of opening ratio.
