| Abstract: | In this paper,different types of cracks in steel flat frange produced by liquid forging were analyzed by metallograph and SEM methods.The shape and structural characteristics of the cracks had been given.On this basis,the experimental results had been expounded theoretically,so the mechanism of cracks formation in steel flat flanges produced by liquid forgingwas revealed. This provided theoretical basis for establishing the correct technological process of liquid forging. |
