忍冬叶中黄酮化合物分析

摘    要:从忍冬叶(山东临沂地区)中分离得忍冬黄素,忍冬黄素—6—鼠李葡萄糖甙、木犀草素、木犀草素—3—半乳糖甙和木犀草素—7—新橙皮糖甙五种黄酮化合物,它们都经红外、紫外、核磁共振、质谱并结合薄层层析和纸层析等分析手段确定结构。其中忍冬黄素—6—鼠李葡萄糖甙首次从植物中分离得到。用分光光度法分析比较了花蕾和叶中总黄酮的含量,叶中含总黄酮1.66%。

Abstract:Five flavonoids were isolated from the dried leaves of lonicera japonica thunb in Ling-Yi Shang-Tong province. They were loniceraflavone, lonceraflavone-6-rhamnoglucoside, luteolin, lonicerin (luteolin-7-rhamnoglucoside), and luteolin-3'-galactoside. Their structures were identified by IR, UV, H-NMR, MS, paper and thin layer chromatography. Loniceraflavone-6-rhamnoglucoside was a new compound first obtained from plant. By spectrophotometry, the total flavonoids content of the leaves was 1.66%.
