真空——堆载联合预压处理工程关键技术分析

摘    要:真空一堆载联合预压处理越南某电厂软土地基遇到较多不同于国内工程的制约条件,没有相关国际通用规范可供使用。本文针对这种特殊情况下的软基处理工程进行补充勘测、土工试验,并主要在水平排水系统新型设计、密封墙设计施工、真空系统措施、沉降计算中理论沉降值的推定、施工过程中的沉降监测、沉降监测资料的应用、推算等关键技术进行分析控制,使工程竣工后经处理的软土层的沉降量、固结度、承载力均满足合同技术要求。

Abstract:Comparing with the domestic projects, there are many different constraints for the Vacuum-surcharge preloading design of soft sub-grade condition in Vietnam projects, and also there are not any relative available codes or standards to use. Based on the special condition in soil improvement design in Vietnam, the article proposes to supplement the geotechnical investigation and soil test, and give the analysis and control methods of key technique about the design of new horizontal drainage system, clay sealing wall, vacuum system, theory settlement calculation, and the application of monitoring data. Finally, the settlement, degree of consolidation and bearing capacity of the soft soil layer can all meet the requirement in contract after soil improvement.
