摘    要:以过硫酸钾( KPS)为引发剂,以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和丙烯酸异辛酯(EHA)为软单体,苯乙烯(St)为硬单体,丙烯酸(AA)为功能单体,采用自制交联单体NT,合成无甲醛聚丙烯酸酯印花粘合剂.讨论了反应温度、时间、乳化剂用量、引发剂用量、阴/非离子乳化剂配比等因素对乳液性能的影响.

Abstract:Using patassium persulfate as the initiator,butyl acrylate and ethylhxyl acrylate as the soft monomers,styrene as the hard monomer,acrylic acid as the functional monomer and the self-made cross-linking monomer NT,the formaldehyde-free polyacrylate binder for pigment printing was synthesized.The effects of reaction temperature and time,emulsifier content,initiator amount and ratio of anionic/noon-ionic emulsifiers on emulsion properties were discussed.
