高性能两相步进电机驱动器设计

摘    要:介绍了一种采用专用芯片L6506的步进电机驱动器设计.该驱动器运用专用驱动电路IR2304,同时采用高集成度的可编程器件,大大减小电路体积并减少电源品种;应用斩波恒流细分驱动方式,使得本驱动器具有驱动平稳、电路简单、集成度和可靠性高等优点.

Abstract:This paper introduced the design of one stepper motor driver using dedicated chip L6506.By applying dedicated chip IR2304 and high integration programmable logic device,the size of circuit was compressed and the category of power supply was reduced.In addition,chopping constant current was also applied.All these means made the driver get many advantages,such as smooth movement,simple circuit,high integration and high reliability.
