基于SolidWorks的断路器储能弹簧强度与疲劳分析

摘    要:储能弹簧是弹簧操作机构断路器重要部件之一,通过利用SolidWorks对储能弹簧进行三维建模,对其在储能时最大拉伸工况下进行有限元分析,获取储能弹簧应力应变分布情况。在此基础上,对其进行疲劳强度分析,得出储能弹簧的使用寿命及安全系数等相关数据。结果表明,储能弹簧符合设计要求,分析结果为断路器的设计提供可靠的分析数据。

Abstract:The energy storage spring was one of the important parts of spring operating mechanism of circuit breaker.A three-dimensional model of energy storage spring was estabished with SolidWorks software,and the stress and strain distribution was got with the finite element analysis under the maximum tensile storage spring situa-tion.On the basis of this,the fatigue strength analysis of the spring model was conducted to obtain the service life,the safety factor and other relevant data of the spring.The results showed that the energy storage spring met the de-sign requirements,and it provided reliable analytical data for the circuit breaker design.
