微型断路器灭弧侧板材料的研究

摘    要:介绍了微型断路器的短路分断能力与产品的灭弧性能的关系,及电弧的熄灭过程有前冷却(电弧进入灭弧栅片前)与后冷却(电弧进入灭弧栅片后)2个阶段。通过对比测试发现,产气热塑性材料能够明显缩短电弧前冷却时间,提高灭弧效率。

Abstract:The short-circuit breaking capacity and arc extinction performance of miniature circuit breaker were closely relat-ed,and arc extingushing process was divided into two stages,including the former cooling(before arc went into arcing bar pieces) and then cooling(after arc went into arcing bar pieces).Through contrast test,it was found that aerogenesis thermoplas-tic material could obviously reduce the former cooling time and improve the arc extinction efficiency.
