| 摘 要： | 传统的SC纸使用的浆料配比一般是70％～90％机械木浆（GP、PCW、TMP）及30％～10％漂白木浆。随着DIP制浆技术的发展，DIP已经成为生产SC纸的优良纤维原料。用于配抄SC纸的DIP工艺流程以碎浆、筛选、净化、浮选脱墨、热分散处理、漂白、脱水洗涤处理为主，但SC纸比新闻纸对DIP浆料的白度、尘埃和胶粘物的去除要求更高。DIP纤维配比主要取决于生产的SC纸等级。

| Abstract: | The traditional composition of furnish for SC paper is generally 70%～90% mechanical pulp（GP,PCW,TMP） and 30%-10% BKP. With the development of DIP technology, the production line producing SC paper from DIP had been more and more increasing up to the mid 1990＇s, DIP has become good fiber resources for SC paper. DIP process used for SC paper mainly includes repulping, screening/cleaning, ink flotation, heat dispersion, bleaching and washing/ thickening etc. However, SC paper has higher requirements for brightness, dirt specks and stickies removal rate than newsprint. The DIP proportion mainly depends on the grades of SC paper. |
