摘    要:介绍我国现役各类W火焰锅炉燃烧器、配风方式及结构特点。从燃烧器设计角度来看,美国B&W的EI-XCL型燃烧器在降低NOx生成方面具有较强优势;从炉膛结构与配风方式来看,美国B&W与法国阿尔斯通STEIN的W火焰锅炉更为合理。通过对现有设备进行必要的调整和改造,可以大幅度降低NOx排放量。

Abstract:The features of burners, air distribution mode, and structure for various W-shaped flame boilers in service at present in China have been presented. From view point of burner design, the EI-XCL type burners manufactured by B&W Corporation in USA have stronger superiority in aspect of reducing NOx formation; from view point of furnace structure and air distribution mode, the W-shaped flame boilers made by B&W Corporation in USA and Astone STEIN in France were more reasonable. Through necessary adjustment and retrofit of existing equipments, the NOx emission of them all can be reduced in a great margin.
