基于FCE-RAM的油气集输系统风险等级评定方法研究

摘    要:以安全系统工程中的模糊综合评价为理论基础,利用层次分析对油气集输系统的风险等级进行综合评价。对油气集输系统的评价单元进行划分,辨识系统中可能存在的危险因素。针对每一评价单元,采用模糊综合评价方法计算该评价单元的风险等级。最后,利用风险矩阵法综合评估油气集输系统整体风险等级。

Risk Grade Evaluation on Oil & Gas Gathering and Transpo-rtation System Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation and Risk Assessment Matrix
Abstract:Applying analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methodology, safety risk of oil & gas gathering and transportation system can be evaluated quantitatively. First,evaluation subunits are divided into different safety functions,of which the main indicators are identified by HAZID.For each evaluation subunit,the safety level can be calculated by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methodology.Thus the safety level of oil & gas gathering and transportation system can be obtained.Applying risk assessment matrix,integrated with the probability statistics,the comprehensive risk rating of oil & gas gathering and transportation system will be evaluated.
