气体参数对燃驱压缩机效率影响的对比分析与预测

摘    要:为了优化燃气驱动压缩机组的工作性能,提高能源利用率,利用效率模型结合国内某天然气储气库燃气往复式压缩机组的实际运行参数,通过选用适用于特定组分、压力及温度条件下的压缩因子解析式,建立完全由数学表达式组成的数学模型并进行数学分析,定量分析其对实际运行中燃气往复式压缩机组工作效率的影响程度。通过分析进出口气体压力、进口气体温度等参数对工作效率的影响程度,论证了气体参数调节对提升压缩机性能的可行性,为燃气驱动压缩机工作性能的优化提供理论参照。

Comparative Analysis and Prediction of the Effect of Gas Parameters on the Efficiency of Gas-driven Compressor
Abstract:In order to optimize the performance of gas-driven compressor units and improve energy efficiency,using the efficiency model combined with the actual operating parameters of the gas reciprocating compressor unit of a domestic natural gas storage,taking the gas parameters as variables to obtain the partial derivative of the efficiency formula,the influence degrees of the ef-ficiency of the reciprocating compressor unit in the actual operation were quantitatively analyzed. By analyzing the influence of inlet and outlet pressure and inlet and outlet temperature on the working efficiency,combined with the analysis of the key components of the compressor,the fea-sibility of parameter adjustment to improve the performance of the compressor is demonstrated, and thus the theoretical reference of the optimization of gas-driven compressor performance is provided.
