大孔吸附树脂对琯溪柚汁中柚皮苷的动态吸脱附性能研究

摘    要:研究了大孔吸附树脂R5对柚汁中柚皮苷动态吸附和解吸性能。结果表明:树脂最佳吸附条件为:流速5BV/h(BV为树脂体积倍数)、温度25℃和柱高径比10∶1;树脂最佳解吸条件为:流速2BV/h、洗脱温度50℃和洗脱液为70%乙醇水溶液。

Abstract:The dynarnic adsorption and desorption of R_5 resin for naringin in pumelo juice were studied.The results showed the optimum column condition of adsorption were:5BV/h,25℃ and 10:1 ,and the ones of desorption were 2BV/h,50℃ and 70% ethanol solution.
