居民行为心理与居住小区环境设计

随着房地产的高速发展，居住环境设计越来越受到重视，并成为重要的卖点之一。然而过于强调其景观作用和炒作概念，势必损害了原本应有的服务居民的功能。本文以环境行为学的相关理论为切口，分析在设计居住小区的环境时，应谊考虑的居民的行为和心理，在创造优美的居住环境的同时，最大限度地服务小区居民，使小区环境“好看又好用”。

Behavior Psychology of Resident and the Environment Design of Residential Neighbourbood

With the rapid development of real estate, more and more importance is put on the design of living environment which is becoming one of the selling points. But too much emphasis on the effect of landscape and exaggerating conceptions will doom to harm the function of serving residents which it should be. This article will analyze the residents' behavior and psychology which should be taken into account when designing an environment of a living district by using the relevant theories of the environmental behavioral science, in order to make the living district environment both useful and beautiful, serving the residents mostly.
