基于CAMAC标准的LVDT信号采集系统

摘    要:为了满足CNC齿轮测量中心三维测头的使用需求,提高数据测量性能和系统稳定性,提出了相应的设计方案.文中主要从提高系统精度减小电路体积的角度对LVDT信号采集系统中所必需的信号调理、A/D转换和接口电路部分进行了针对性的设计.通过实验验证,测量数据线性度能达到0.93%,重复精度误差为0.13%,A/D转换时间小于0.01ms.可见系统能满足CNC齿轮测量中心的响应速度要求及动态精度要求,能够在齿轮测量领域得到方便、稳定、有效的应用.

A LVDT Signal Collect System Based on CAMAC

Abstract:To satisfy the operation requirement of 3D gauge head,improve measuring performance and stability of a CNC gear measuring center,the relative scheme for designing is presented.To improve system precision and minish circuit volume,the signal processing circuit,A/D conversion circuit, interface circuit of LVDT signal collect system are designed.Experimental results show that measured data linearity achieves 0.93%,repeatable accuracy error is 0.13%,A/D conversion time is less than 0. 01ms.Consequently,the LVDT signal collect system has a fast response speed,its precision can satisfy the demand of CNC gear measuring center.Thus,the LVDT signal collect system can be expediently used to measure gears.
