摘    要:针对现有产品模块构建过程中存在的问题,通过建立产品零部件量化关联矩阵,采用扩展的解析结构模型对产品综合关联关系进行分解,形成产品初始模块.以关联矩阵为基础,给出了衡量模块聚合度、耦合度和设计需求趋同度的数值量化计算方法,并用上述指标构造了相应的优化数学模型.同时,应用成组遗传优化算法对初始模块进行优化,得到最优模块划分方案,并提供了模块接口的设计策略.最后,以电除尘器为例,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性.
