| 摘 要： | 基于ANSYS CFX软件,利用多重参考系和RNGk-ε两方程湍流模型对干混砂浆混合设备内的流场进行有限元建模.在此基础上,对物料混合过程进行有限元模拟分析,获得物料混合的速度场、湍动能场以及体积分数变化规律,并通过试验对模拟结果进行验证.结果表明,有限元模拟结果与试验结果一致.

Finite Element Simulation and Analysis on Mixing Process of Dry-Mixed Mortar |

| Abstract: | A finite element model was constructed on the basis of ANSYS CFX software to utilize multi reference systems and RNG k-ε two-equation turbulence model as encountering flow field inside the dry mix equipment.On this basis we have made finite element simulation and analyses along the material mixing process and got a fraction change rule for the material mixing velocity field,turbulence energy field and the volume while proving the simulation results through the test.Such results show consistency of the finite element simulation result with that of the test. |
