紧缩系统可靠性试验方案仿真设计论证

摘    要:针对无法开展全系统可靠性鉴定试验的复杂装备,提出采用紧缩系统可靠性试验方案的设计原则,以及数学仿真模型评价紧缩系统试验方法有效性的论证思路,再以典型案例对其详细步骤进行说明。

Abstract:The design principles of the reliability testing scheme for the condensed system were proposed for the complicated system for which the reliability qualification test cannot be performed on the whole system. An approach to demonstrate the effectiveness of the test scheme for the condensed system with a mathematic simulation model was presented. The procedures for the demonstration were illustrated with a typical case.
