工程车辆自动变速器电液控制系统研究

摘    要:电液控制变速系统可实现较精确的换挡品质控制,在工程机械中的应用日益广泛.在国内外工程机械动力换挡变速器研究基础之上,开发出能满足换挡和使用要求的自动变速器控制系统.换挡策略由经验丰富的工程车辆驾驶员和参考国内外相关文献制定,制定的换挡点科学合理,装车后试用情况良好,换挡冲击小.控制器(ECU)采用高速C8051单片机,整个控制系统安全可靠,抗干扰性强.

Research on Electro-hydraulic Control System of Automatic Shifting Transmission for Construction Vehicles
Abstract:The electro-hydraulic transmission control system can realize precise quality control in the gear shift for ever wider use in construction machines. Based on study of power shift transmission as used in the construction machines both at home and overseas we have developed an automatic transmission control system that can satisfy the power shift and application requirements. As for the gear-shift tactics we asked experienced operators to join us in the R&D while referring to tech documentation both at home and overseas to have formulated our gear- shift positions which are scientific and logic that when the device is installed and trial-operated we find good function and minimal shock in the gear-shifting. The controller (ECU) adopts a high-speed C8051 single blade unit to ensure the whole control system becomes safe and reliable, and strongly resistant to interference.
