Automatic Temperature Controlled Electric Heating Insulation System for Concrete Mixing Plants

It is vulnerable for a concrete mixing plant to get freezing and frost when operating in the winter, and the traditional insulation would not be able to ensure a normal working temp for the plant. We have found a successful result by adopting an inner heating cable with outer insulation in the automatic heating and insulation system, while selecting explosion-proof terminal boxes and air shortage breaking switches for the heating unit, which will not affect tech performance of the original concrete mixing plant, so that the system has been operating safely and effectively, thus guaranteeing the work schedule with good economical effects and benefits.
