摘    要:简要介绍了挖掘机回转装置的结构组成和工作原理,分析了回转啮合齿轮受力状态,阐述了回转啮合齿轮在高负载过程中出现的齿面上端部干涉现象,提出回转机构输出轴的悬臂结构是造成该干涉现象的根本原因,并从结构设计、装配、选材等方面总结了多种改进方案,重点介绍了不等高装配、鼓形齿面、齿向厚度递减和齿上端部增加阶梯差等4项方案.通过,主机回转异响故障的分析与解决实践,验证了齿向厚度递减改进措施效果明显,回转齿轮工作性能大幅提升,使用寿命显著延长.

End Face Interference Analysis on Meshing Gear in Slewing Device for Excavators and Its Improvement
Abstract:A brief introduction is to the structure and work principles of the excavator’s slewing gear with an analysis of stressed condition in the slewing gear mesh,while describing on such a gear’s end interference during a heavy load process.And then the text provides that the cantilever’s structure in output shaft of the slewing gear is the basic cause leading to that interference,following with many an improvement concept as a summary on the structural design,assembly,material selected,etc.Emphases are on introduction of 4 concepts,including unequal tour in the assembly,drum tooth surface,tooth thickness decrease,and grade difference in the tooth end.Through analyses,solutions,and practices dealt with abnormal sound at the carrier’s slewing gear we see that decrease in the tooth thickness as an improvement measure has gained obvious effects,thus increasing by far operational performance of the slewing gear,along with outstanding longer work life.
