膨胀筛管力学分析

摘    要:采油过程中 ,为了减少流入井内的细砂 ,经常采取防砂措施。辽河油田钻采工艺研究院研制了一种膨胀防砂筛管 ,并取得了较好的应用效果。在具体分析膨胀筛管结构、安装及卸出过程的基础上 ,建立了膨胀筛管膨胀过程、收缩过程力学分析的数学模型 ,编写了计算软件 ,与室内和现场试验结果进行了对比。结果表明 ,胀管拉力和拔管拉力的实测值与计算值符合性较好 ,说明计算结果具有较高的可信度 ,满足工程需要。

Abstract:Sand control measures are often adopted in oil production for preventing fine sand from entering the well. An expandable screen pipe for sand control is developed by the Drilling and Production Technology Research Institute of Liaohe Oilfield and good results have been achieved. After an analysis of the design feature, installation and pulling out of the screen pipe, the mathematical model for the mechanical analysis of the contraction and expansion of the pipe is presented. Relevant calculation software is programmed. And the calculation result is compared with that of the room and field tests. The calculated values of pulling forces for pipe expension and contraction are nearly the same as the measured results.
