中条山低品位铜矿地下溶浸的研究

摘    要:对中条山铜矿峪铜矿的低品位含铜矿石进行了可浸性研究,试验结果表明,经过86h的浸出,单独使用硫酸时铜的浸出率只有68.98%;若加入3.14g/L的Fe3+,可使铜的浸出率提高到74.34%;若再加入5g/L的NaCl助浸,铜的浸出率则可提高到79.98%。化学物相和光学显微图像分析表明,氧化铜的浸出很快就可完成,辉铜矿和斑铜矿也以较快的速度降解为蓝辉铜矿和铜蓝,而铜蓝的浸出反应比较缓慢。

Abstract:The test and research on leachability of low grade copper ore in Tongkuangyu Mine of Zhongtiaoshan showed that after leaching for 86 hours, the leaching efficiency was only 68 98% with sulfuric acid used alone, which could be increased to 74 34% if 3 14 g/L of Fe 3 was added and to 79 98% if 5 g/L of NaCl was also added for aiding the leaching. The chemical phase and optical micrography analysis showed that the leaching of copper oxide could be finished soon, chalcocite and bornite could be digested into blue chalcocite and covellite in a fast speed, but leaching reaction of the covellite was relatively slow.
