注水井井口精细过滤技术的应用

摘    要:提高注入水质量,改变中低渗透层的吸水剖面以达到增加产油量的目的。文中介绍了JKLQ-25型注水井井口精细过滤器工作原理。经29座计量站的119台92口井测试统计,应用该装置,注入水平均机械杂质去除率60.2%,含油去除率65.32%;平均日注由69.2%上升到92.8%.年累计增注8.452万m3,创产值520万元,投入产出比为1:5.47。对注水水质有更高要求的低渗透层,采用注水井井口精细过滤技术不失为一种积极有效的技术措施。

Abstract:Improving injection water quality and controlling water profile of medium to low permeability layers can enllance oil recovery. This paper introduces a JKLQ - 25 fine filter which can be installed in wellhead to improve injection water quality. Field applications in 92 wells resulted in an average mechanical impurity removing rate of 60.2% and an average oil removing rate of 65.32%.The average water injection per day went up from 69.2% to 97.8%, yearly cumulative increamental water injection volume was 84, 520 m3 and the output value reached 5.2million. The input-output ratio was 1 to 5.47. This technology can meet the very strict requirements of medium to low permeability layers to itoection water quality.
