中压加氢裂化装置原料油换热器传热系数下降的原因及对策

摘    要:介绍了1.30Mt/a中压加氢裂化装置原料油换热器在运行过程中的结垢问题.通过对结垢原因的分析和处理措施的探讨,指出预防加氢裂化装置原料油换热器结垢要采取以下措施:(1)在原料罐顶加氮封;(2)做好原料油过滤;(3)控制原料和新氢中的氯含量.对结垢后的换热器,可以采取如下处理办法:(1)用催化裂化柴油冲洗;(2)向原料油中注入防垢剂.

Abstract:The problems of fouling in the feed heat exchangers of a 1.3Mt/a medium pressure hydrocracking unit was discussed. By analyzing the formation of fouling deposits some countermeasures were proposed and practiced. The following measures were adopted to prevent the formation of fouling in the feed heat exchangers: (1)adding nitrogen seal in the feed tank; (2)filtering the feed oil; (3)controlling the chlorine content in the feed and the fresh hydrogen. If fouling deposits were formed in the heat exchanger, the following treatments could be applied: (1)flushing with catalytic cracked distillates; (2)injecting fouling inhibitor into the feed oil.
