| 摘 要： | 文章从科研项目立项、成果评估、管理决策、法律监督等方面讨论了专业科技查新在科研项目管理中的作用,分析了当前专业科技查新工作中存在的问题,并针对存在的问题给出了相应的解决措施,为提高科研项目管理水平提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The effects of Professional Sci-tech Novelty Retrieval in scientific research project management were discussed from different aspects, such as the project, achievement evaluation, management, legal supervision, et al., in the article. The problems in the current Professional Sci-tech Novelty Retrieval were analyzed and some suggestions to solve the problems were provided. The aim of this article is to help improve the level of scientific research project management. |
