化工园区污水集中处理管理模式的优化

分析了国内化工园区污水处理现状及存在的问题,提出了对园区污水治理环节中关键点"两点一线一面"的掌控理念,通过开展化工企业清洁生产及污水预处理设施评估,建立"一企一标"、"一企一价"的企业污水接管、收费标准以及"一厂一控"的园区化工污水集水监控平台,来实现化工园区污水处理厂的健康运营。

Optimization of centraIized sewage treatment management mode in chemicaI industriaI park

The current status and existing problems of sewage treatment in domestic chemical industrial park were analyzed, the control concept of "two points, one line, one side" for key points of sewage treatment process in chemical industrial park were pointed out. By carrying out cleaner production and sewage pretreatment facilities assessment in chemical enterprises, the management mode of "one enterprise one standard", the charging standard of "one enterprise one price", and the monitoring platform for sewage collection in chemical industrial park with concept of "one factory one control standard" can be established, which will finally realize the healthy operation of sewage treatment plant in chemical industrial park.
