| 摘 要： | 深入分析水泥行业现状和水泥企业信息化概况,进而引出水泥企业在保证向连续化、自动化生产发展的同时,必须采用以先进的生产管理理念为指导,实行实时高效的管理策略,加强生产管理与各生产环节之间的衔接,才能充分发挥现有资源的生产能力,实现企业生产计划与生产调度的整体优化。本文在这种背景下,研究基于制造执行系统(MES)生产控制模块的水泥生产管理系统。

| Abstract: | This paper has first deeply analyzed the present situation of cement industriesand general situation of enterprises information, then has drawn out that cement enterprises guarantee thedevelopment with continuity and automation , the enterprises must use the advanced management theories for guiding, implement real-time efficient strategies of production management , strengthen production management and the link among different departments, can fully play production capacity of existing resources, realizes the optimization of planning and scheduling.It is on this background, this paper studies the cement production management system based on the manufacture execution system (MES) production control module. |
