三山岛金矿综合自动化集成平台系统开发与应用

摘    要:针对山东黄金集团有限公司三山岛金矿已建成的各个自动化系统之间互相独立,信息无法关联和共享,不能为矿山生产协调提供支持,本文设计了综合自动化集成平台系统结构,以WSP作为开发软件进行系统开发和实施。该集成平台系统集成了矿山主要生产自动化系统,并将自动化子系统进行有机整合,提供统一的工作平台和数据仓库,实现各个子系统之间的协调和关联,为矿山生产调度的统一管理和决策提供有力支持,并为矿级上层管理系统提供信息源。

Abstract:Many automation subsystems have been built in Shandong Gold Group CO.,LTD. Sanshan Island Gold Mine, but the information cannot be related and shared between each system, and it cannot provide support for the mine production coordination. This paper introduces the structure of the Sanshan Island Gold Mine integrated automation platform system, taking WSP as the development software for the system development and implementation. These automation subsystems in the main production are integrated and organized by the platform system. It provides a unified platform and data source to coordinate and associate between each subsystem. The system also provides strong support for the mine production management and decision-making, and information source for the mine management system.
