电视机屏幕高次方程曲面的精确绘制

摘    要:在进行产品设计时,经常要用到曲线、曲面的绘制。高次方程表达的曲面如Z=f (x, y)对于三维绘图软件往往难于实现。介绍了一种快速、精确地绘制高次方程曲面的方法,即使用数学软件MATLAB来进行点阵数据的计算,然后将点阵数据保存到记事本当中,并转化为Pro/E可以接受的*.ibl形式,在Pro/E中生成曲面并进行曲面的优化,从而拓宽了Pro/E软件在曲面设计中的应用。

Abstract:Curves and surfaces are often used in the product design. High-order equation surface, such as Z=f (x, y), is difficult to draw in 3D CAD software. A method that can rapidly and accurately draw high-order equation surface is introduced. It uses MATLAB to calculate the point matrix, saves the matrix to Notepod, transfers the data to *.ibl format which can be recognized by Pro/E, and applies Pro/E to generate and optimize the surface. This method can widen the ranges of surface design in Pro/E.
