摘    要:砌体结构性能良好,经济适用,但也具有抗拉和抗剪强度较低、施工质量不易保证等弱点。针对某大学生宿舍楼墙体轻骨料混凝土小型空心砌块存在的质量缺陷,经过专业检测,进行深入细致分析与计算,对比各种加固方案的可行性,探讨在设计和施工中确保砌体结构抗压强度应该采取的措施,结合砌块墙体的实际情况,采用钢筋网水泥砂浆层加固和抹灰钢丝网加固两种施工方案,实践表明加固效果良好。

Abstract:Masonry structure with good performance is economical and practical, but has some disadvantages, for example, tensile and shear strength are lower and construction quality is not easily acquired. In this paper, for quality defects of light aggregate concrete small hollow block of a university dormitory wall, professional testing and detailed analysis and calculation were done. The feasibility of different reinforcement methods was compared and the measures were analyzed to ensure compression strength of masonry structure in the design and construction. Based on the actual situation of block wall, both of construction methods with reinforced cement mortar layer and plastering steel mesh were proved.
