| 摘 要： | 稀土是新兴产业发展不可或缺的战略资源。本文在剖述全球稀土资源供求现状的基础上,对未来稀土资源需求进行了预测,指出2020年全球稀土需求将达到26.4万t稀土元素氧化物(REO),其中中国需求为17.5万t;对国外新增稀土项目进行定量分析,认为未来国外稀土供应将显著增长,在国际市场上与中国产生激烈竞争。最后提出中国应加强整合南方稀土资源,建立市场供应体系,由国企取代政府进行市场调控;同时应加强重稀土的勘查工作,以期稳固我国稀土在国际市场中的优势地位。

| Abstract: | Rare earth is indispensable for modern industrial development due to its strategic value, it is Chinese preponderant mineral resources. This paper predicts the demand of global and Chinese rare earth in 2020 based on the distribution, supply and demand of global rare earth resources, they are 264 thousand tons and 175 thousand tons. By analyzing new rare earth projects abroad quantitatively, the paper indicates foreign supply will increase dramatically in future, then china will face fierce competition. Lastly the following suggestions are put forward: Strengthen the integration of southern rare earth resources; formulate and publish in long-term supply plan to win the trust of consumer; strengthen the exploration of heavy rare earth to consolidate our dominant status in the international market. |
