祥光铜业冶炼烟气制酸装置运行实践与改进

摘    要:介绍了采用奥图泰高浓度SO2转化技术的祥光铜业700 kt/a冶炼烟气制酸装置运行情况,装置投产以来运行稳定,进转化器φ(SO2)14.0%~16.7%,平均转化率在99.93%以上,吸收率在99.99%以上,排放尾气ρ(SO2)不超过400mg/m^3。针对装置运行中存在的一些问题,对生产工艺和设备进行了改进和优化,使得制酸装置运行指标更加合理、设备运行更加稳定,各项指标均达到或超过设计值。

Abstract:Two years' operation of 700 kt/a metallurgical acid plant in Xiangguang Copper Co.,Ltd.using OUTOTEC' s conversion technology for processing high-grade SO_2 gas is described.The plant operated stably with SO_2 concentration at converter inlet of 14.0%-16.7%,average conversion efficiency over 99.93%,absorption efficiency over 99.99%and SO_2 concentration in tail gas less than 400 mg/m~3.In order to solve some problems existing in the plant,the production process and equipment were improved and optimized.With...
