| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了HPL-550B2型断路器的故障过程,根据解体检查情况,重点对故障原因进行了分析,找出机构箱主轴是该型号断路器的薄弱点,提出了定期检查机构箱主轴是否扭曲的简易方法及注意事项。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the breakdown process of an HPL-550B2 circuit breaker,and analyzes the cause of breakdown according to the disassembly inspection.The main shaft in the mechanism box is found to be the source of breakdown.A simple method is hence proposed for periodically inspecting whether the main shaft is twisted,and some points for attention are suggested. |
