基于虚拟仪器技术和互相关原理的流体流速测量仪

摘    要:本文采用虚拟仪器技术和互相关原理相结合.研制了流体流速测量仪。该方法利用待测两路信号的通道中信号与信号的相关性.信号与噪声之间.噪声与噪声之间不存在相关性.通过求两通道中信号与信号的互相关系数.得到两个信号的时延.从而得到流场的速度值。并对该流速测量仪进行了理论分析,全面阐述了基于虚拟仪器技术和互相关原理流体流速测量仪的实现过程。给出了对应硬件和基于LabVIEW编写的核心程序,并对结果误差进行了分析。

Abstract:In this paper, virtual instrument technology and correlation theory are used to realize velocity measurement. Because of noise and noise, signal and noise in two channels must exist unrelatable, the velocity measurement can realize through computing function of 2 signals and receive the velocity in the fluid field .The velocity measurement is analysed from theory side. How to realize the instrument of velocity measurement based on virtual instrument technology and correlation theory is narrated. And hardware and core software based on LabVIEW are shown. At the same time the error of some outcome is introduced in this paper.
