| 摘 要： | 利用柱塞式压榨试验装置对废白土进行压榨试验,探讨了废白土压榨的出油效率与出油压力的关系以及废白土的冷榨应力-应变关系.试验表明:废白土压榨的出油效率随出油压力的增大而增大,当出油压力达到60 MPa时,出油效率可达到66.4%;考虑经济因素,出油压力控制在40 MPa较为合理,此时出油效率可达60%左右;应力、应变关系表现出明显的非线性特征.

| Abstract: | Through experiment on spent bleaching earth with plunger-styled pressing appara- tus, approaching the relationship between the oil-extracting rate of spent bleaching earth and press is explored, and the relationship between the stress and strain in the cold-pressing processing of spent bleaching earth is also explored. The results demonstrate that oil-extracting rate of spent bleaching earth increases with the press, when the press reaches 60 MPa, the highest oilextracting rate can reach 66.4%. Considering the economy factor, it is appropriate for the press to choose 40 MPa, and the oil-extracting rate can reach about 60%. The relationship bletween the stress and strain of spent beaching earth shows nonlinear characteristics. |
