摘    要:采用黑体节能技术,提高步进式加热炉的炉墙黑度、增大炉内墙面积以及提高热射线到位率,达到改善加热质量、提高热效率、实现节能的目的。通过合理设计与施工,节能效果显著。

Abstract:The blackbody energy-saving technology was adopted on walking-beam furnace to increase the blackness of furnace wall, the interior wall area of furnace, and the arrival rate of heat beam rays, for purpose of improving the heating quality, the heat efficiency, and finally realized the energy-saving purpose. The energy-saving effect was obviously achieved with reasonable design and construction.
