有机废液和废气联合焚烧处理技术的研究与应用

摘    要:针对医药企业产生的有机废液和废气必须进行无害化处理的问题,提出了一种联合焚烧处理工艺,对废液和废气同时进行处理,并将该工艺在工程中进行了应用。应用实践表明,该工艺能够同时对废液和废气进行无害化处理,初投资较低。且该工艺对废液和废气焚烧产生的热量进行了回收再利用,运行成本较低,在危险废物处置领域具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The organic waste water and exhaust gas produced in the medicine company must be harmlessly treated. Aiming at this problem, an united-incineration treatment technology for both the organic wastewater and exhaust gas were put forward. The application of the united-incineration in the project showed that this craft could do harmless treatment for wastewater and exhaust gas at the same time and has lower riginal investment. The craft could also recycle and reuse the generated heat from the incineration of the wastewater and exhaust gas, the lower running cost is lower. It had a broad application prospects in the field of hazardous waste treatment.
