高炉渣干式粒化及显热回收的技术分析

摘    要:高炉渣含有高品质的显热,高效回收将具有极大的经济效益和社会效益。水淬工艺不仅没有回收高炉渣显热,而且消耗大量水资源。高炉渣干式粒化及显热回收是冶金企业节能减排的关键技术。分析了干式粒化及显热回收的技术难点,对技术突破的前景进行展望和综合评价。

Abstract:There is premium sensible heat energy contained in the blast furnace slag, and the high efficient recovery will have great economic and social benefits. The water quenching process not only does not recover the sensible heat of the blast furnace slag, but also uses a lot of water resources. The dry granulation and sensible heat recovery of the blast furnace slag are the key technology of energy conservation and emission reduction in metallurgical enterprises. The technical difficult points of dry granulation and sensible heat recovery were analyzed, and the prospect and comprehensive evaluation of the technological breakthrough were carried out.
