摘    要:针对某炼油厂焦化装置加热炉存在的“排烟温度高”、“炉效低”等问题,采用CFD方法,对不同工况下加热炉内燃料气的燃烧情况进行了数值模拟,获得了空气系数、预热空气温度等燃烧过程操作参数对火焰形貌、炉内温度均匀性以及污染物生成的影响规律.在此基础上,综合分析燃烧、换热效率、烟气露点、污染物控制等因素,确定了该加热炉操作过程中最佳的空气系数与预热空气温度,并验证了所选参数的可行性.

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of high gas temperature and low furnace effect of the coking device heating furnace in a certain refining plant,the CFD was used to simulate the fuel gas combustion situation of heating furnace under different conditions,and the influence laws of the combustion process operation parameters,such as air coefficient and air preheated temperature,on the flame morphology,the furnace temperature uniformity and pollutants generation were obtained.On this basis,the factors such as the combustion,the heat exchanger efficiency,the gas dew point and the pollutant control were comprehensive analyzed,and the optimum air coefficient and air preheated temperature during the operation process of heating furnace were confirmed.Further more,the feasibility of the selected parameters was verified.
