热压罐热-流耦合数值仿真分析

摘    要:借助于ANSYS软件,通过数值计算方法模拟热压罐内部的升温过程,采用可视化高精度的研究手段,直观地展示了罐内有效区的流场和温度场,并用物理实验数据验证了仿真计算的准确性。可为热压罐设计提供指导,对产品质量的提高和成本的降低有重要意义。

Abstract:The heating-up process in autoclaves was simulated by numerical simulation method with ANSYS software. By using the high-precision visual research method, the flow field and temperature field of the availability inner tank area were shown, and the accuracy of the simulation calculation was proofed by the physical experimental data, which could provide reference for the autoclave design, and had important meaning for the product quality improvement and cost reduction.
